Payment Terms
For orders placed through Skeltun, customers are required to pay 10% of the total order value online at the time of placing the order.
The remaining 90% of the order value will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) when the order is delivered.
Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after the 10% advance payment has been successfully received.
The advance payment is used to confirm and process the order.
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after confirmation, the applicable refund or cancellation terms will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available across Haryana. For orders outside Haryana, applicable shipping charges may be added based on the delivery location.
